Supplement routine

Morning:

-Vitamin D3 K2: I love a good tincture. I use one from Amazon and also use the one from Instant Hydration. Both work great. The key is to have the D3 K2 combo; without the K2, the D3 cannot be properly absorbed into your body.

-Electrolytes: I am picky when it comes to electrolytes. I don’t want the sugar and extra fillers; they always make me bloated and have headaches. I researched, and the two I love the best are Dry Water (Lemon Lime) and Instant Hydration (Watermelon).

-Multi Vitamin: I have been trying out the Heart & Soil Her Package. It has amazing reviews on the effects for PCOS. I will report back, so far so good! No upset stomach, and I do feel like my PCOS symptoms are improving.

-Life Cykel Lions Mane Tincture: I mix this in with my morning coffee! You can’t taste it, and I am able to focus on work right at 8 am like a normal person.

-Morning Sunlight: This helps to ground you and get your body working properly to absorb nutrients all throughout the day.

Drink your electrolytes first. Make your breakfast and take your supplements with your breakfast. Then you can have your yummy coffee.

Digestion:

-Hum Flatter Me: I will take one digestive enzyme with larger meals to help support my body in digestion. This alleviates the discomfort of breaking down the food and reduces the appearance of bloating. I always have some in my purse! Especially if I have a cocktail or glass of wine.

Afternoon:

-Life Cykel Cordyceps Tincture: I take a dose of this in the afternoon instead of coffee to help my energy levels without the coffee.

-Thorne B Complex: I also take this in the afternoon with lunch to help my energy levels.

Evening:

-Life Cykel Reishi Tincture: This has changed my sleep. Reishi mushrooms are amazing for brain health and lowering cortisol. This helps to reduce my anxiety so I can naturally fall asleep. Sleep is the worst thing for me to accomplish; I typically have panic attacks trying to fall asleep. I take this about an hour before I need to be asleep, and then turn on my sleep meditation about 30 minutes before I need to be asleep.

-Magnesium: I take the Life Extension Magnesium L-Threonate. This helps with brain health and reducing anxiety/ruminating thoughts. It helps support your adrenals and hormones as well.

-Probiotic: I take the Ultra Flora Balance. After 5 years of researching and trial/error with probiotics, this is the best one I have found! It’s a little pricey, but your gut flora is worth the money.

When bloated and inflamed:

-JS Health Detox and Debloat: I take one in the morning and one in the evening for 2-3 days when my digestion is off and I am stressed/inflamed. It helps to get your digestion back on track and let go of water retention that naturally happens when you are stressed.

-Lymphatic Massage and Epsom Salt Bath: I will take a 30-minute Epsom salt bath followed by a full lymphatic massage with wooden tools. This helps move toxins from your lymph nodes.

Daily Habits:

-Water: Lots of water to flush out any excess toxins stored in your body. I am for 100 - 120 oz.

-Breakfast: Protein-rich breakfast with a balance of carbs and fat. This keeps your cortisol levels low. If you don’t eat in the morning within an hour of waking up, naturally, your body spikes your cortisol to stay awake and have energy. I take my supplements with my breakfast.

Here is real life. This is what my supplement cupboard looks like for real, though.
